    One of the best workouts I’ve done lately. Working out 6 days a week sometimes 2-3 hours per day and this is one of the most intense and effective workouts. Keep up the good work. For all beginners tip: If you find yourself breathless change the move into an easier one but keep the intensity high. The wonderful girls in the video tell you this as well but when you are breathing heavy you can’t listen…I know…Love & Fitness.

    This is the best workout i ever tried! What makes this workout so special and motivating for me is that you are seeing and working out with this big group of people together and I have always liked this concept the best because even if you are not close to each other you know >we are all in this together< and you motivate each other and keep going by seeing how the others keep on fighting as well! Nina is the cherry on top of the dessert of this workout ofc (especially coming from a tvd fan) and the music and trainers are phenomenal as well but if it were just one trainer this would have a whole other effect on me. Thank you so much for sharing this workout- I love it! ALSO To all of you who want to lose weight pls don't go on a diet (very unhealthy) but instead just eat less and healthy / balanced, a cheat day is okay as well just don't overdo it and eat what you like forever just with healthy options 🙂 The key to success is to keep going because fitness is a journey and a lifestyle so embrace it you guys and good luck+ have fun !

    PSA: Don’t feel bad if you guys can do the workout one day and totally suck a different day. You’re human & like the trainers say, it’s okay to mess up.

    Some days I can do this workout – the whole thing – & other days I just lie down 10 minutes in and quit. Some say fitness begins at the end of your comfort zone… and there’s some truth in that but if something that’s supposed to be for my health makes me feel like I’m not doing anything right (not the trainers’ fault, they are very positive), I have to stop & take a step back & not sacrifice mental health for physical health.

    Hoping to find the perfect workout class one day – and hoping everyone else on here does too!
