It should be: Real food > Supplements. Supplements are very expensive and sometimes unnecessary. Get most of your nutrients from real food. I only use supplements to improve the body’s energy output for my workouts.

A rule of thumb, dont take advice from People who are sponsored, do your own research instead. You can easily find studies showing that both bcaas and fat burners (including l-carnite) are a waste of money. Yes bcaas may help if your on a strict diet but Only then Will it help.

BE AWARE of what’s in your supplements and take the right dosage at the right time. You don’t want to double up on supplements either; like, if you take a protein powder that has creatine or BCAA’s already in it, then you don’t need those separately. I had a bad experience with Creatine bloating as a female. I was working out more for my senior prom and my mom got me a protein powder to help the gains. Unbeknownst to me, it was a creatine protein powder which I would have several times a week when I worked out, mostly NOT before the workout. At first it had a desired affect: making my leg muscles and butt bigger. Then I was putting on water weight rapidly and I was completely bloated for my senior prom -___- . I was so confused cause I was really hitting the gym and eating well most of the time. It wasn’t until after prom that I stopped taking it and realized it had creatine in it and caused the weight gain. I was taking another nutritional powder that had protein in it and stuck with that one. You don’t want to double up on supplements either.

I had a question about Udos fish oil. There is actually no fish that was made for those oil’s. They are plant based. Tried to look it up on their site and there was no fish oil on their page. Only omega 3 liquid. The one you seem to have is Udo’s Oil® High Lignan 3·6·9 Blend. Is that correct???
