I never understood the whole steamed chicken/broccoli thing. People always ask me why i put my body through such a strict diet, when in reality i only diet about 5 days a week and eat anything for 2 days. Good fats and vitamins and minerals before protein and stay active and your body will reward you. Having these strict diets are just for movie roles.
