Ughhh I feel like I’m gaining a bunch of weight and I want to diet and I want to workout but my craving for food are getting stronger and stronger, I weigh 100 which is average weight for my age but I eat really unhealthy, I do try new and healthy foods but it’s hard to get off of what you’re used to and what you like. When I look down at myself I think I look really fat and sometimes think about selfstarving but then I think I won’t stick to it and I would feel really guilty for “cheating”. I think I might have an eating disorder because eating disorders give you an illusion to your self about your weight and since I did consider selfstarving then yeah. Do you have any ideas or tips for my problem it would really help a lot.

U have the best workout videos out there ,somehow u make it look easy even though it’s hard ,I started yesterday and today was my second time doing it ,i kinda expected it to be harder but somehow it was bearable maybe cause i’m already skinny but have some belly fat and my butt is sooo unfit but again thank u so much for this u really motivates me ❤️❤️
